Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in your practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we request 72 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged for their session in full. For housecall appointments, 50% of the session fee will be charged with less than 72 hours notice and 100% of the session fee will be charged with less than 48 hours notice.

Maureen Black (she/her) is a certified Nutrition Coach in the custom Nutritional Protocol of Metabolic Balance. She is also a Reiki Master in the Usui Ryoho/Holy Fire III systems of Reiki as well as a Level II Practitioner in the Egyptian Energetic Healing System of Sekhem Khrem.
Metabolic Balance is a prescriptive nutritional protocol that is tailored to meet one’s body’s deficiencies and allow a rebalancing to occur. Certain indicators that are utilized include 36 blood markers, current weight and size, physical symptoms and health history that are all entered into a database and then a prescriptive meal plan is created for each individual. This includes all the foods, portions and a group of guidelines to follow that will encourage a metabolic recalibration. Maureen works directly with her clients to support these lifestyle changes and is available for support over a 3 month time frame.
